TERMS OF SALE — HailProtect.com

1. Order Acceptance

When you place an order on HailProtect.com, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.
This email is not acceptance of your order.

Your order is accepted only when we dispatch the products to you. At the time of dispatch, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.
Once this Order Confirmation is sent, a binding contract (the “Contract”) comes into effect between you and HailProtect.com.

We recommend saving or printing your Order Confirmation and these Terms of Sale for your records.

2. Availability & Order Refusal

All orders are subject to product availability.
If we are unable to supply an item, we will notify you in writing and cancel the order. You will not be charged, or you will be refunded for any amount already paid.

HailProtect.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including after an order has been placed, for reasons including (but not limited to):

  • Insufficient stock

  • Pricing errors or incorrect product information

  • Issues obtaining payment authorisation

  • Problems with the delivery address

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If we cancel an existing Contract, our liability is limited strictly to refunding any money received for the cancelled order.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on HailProtect.com are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change from time to time, but price changes will not affect any order that has already been placed.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
We accept various payment methods, which are displayed during checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery terms, estimated timeframes, and shipping rates are outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Shipping times are estimates only

  • Delays can occur due to carriers, weather, high-order periods, or factors outside our control

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery

5. Errors & Corrections

We take care to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate.
However, errors may occur. If we discover an error affecting your order, we may contact you to:

  • Confirm whether you still wish to proceed, or

  • Cancel the order and issue a refund

HailProtect.com is not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies.

6. Failure to Enforce Rights

If we do not enforce any part of these Terms of Sale, this does not constitute a waiver of our rights.
Any waiver must be given in writing and applies only to the specific situation in which it is granted.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale and any related disputes are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

You agree that any legal proceedings relating to your purchase, use of our website, or these Terms will be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Queensland, Australia.
