Order Processing
Once your order is received, our team aims to process and pack it within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods such as severe storm seasons, holidays, or major sales.

Shipping options may vary depending on your location and are subject to change.


Delivery Times

Estimated Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on your location, the chosen shipping method, and courier workload.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email (if tracking is available).

Standard Delivery
Typically arrives within 9–22 days within Australia and New Zealand.

Express Delivery
Available in select regions for an additional fee, with delivery estimated between 3–9 days.


Shipping Rates

We offer standard shipping per 5 panels $25

Example: 20 panel system = $50

Standard Shipping
Flat rate: $25

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order value, delivery method, and destination.


International Shipping

Duties & Taxes
International customers may be charged import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the parcel arrives in their country.
These charges are not included in our shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs Delays
Customs processing times vary by country.
HailProtect.com has no control over customs delays and cannot guarantee clearance timeframes.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details (where available).
You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment online.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged Items
If your HailProtect kit arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage.
We will provide instructions for replacement or return.

Lost Shipments
If your package has not arrived after 22 days, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier and arrange further assistance.


Address Changes

We are unable to modify shipping addresses once an order has been processed.
Please ensure all delivery details are correct before completing your purchase.


Non-Deliverable Packages

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts:

  • We will contact you to arrange re-delivery

  • If delivery cannot be completed, we will refund the order minus shipping and restocking fees
